The three football semifinalists in the Stat Hound footprint all will play their next games at the same time – 3 p.m. Saturday.

CWAC champion East Valley, seeded No. 3 in the Class 2A bracket, will head west to meet second-seeded Tumwater on the Thunderbirds’ home field.

The Red Devils (12-0) and T-Birds (11-1) will be the second game of a doubleheader at the stadium, as Okanogan and Toledo will meet in a 2B semifinal at noon.

East Valley held off No. 6 Lynden 27-24 at West Valley’s Clasen Field, while Tumwater slowed seventh-seeded Franklin Pierce and its Power-T offense 27-6.

SCAC rivals Royal and Cashmere both will meet the teams from the Northwest Conference.

The top-seeded Knights (11-0), who have won five straight 1A state titles, will welcome fourth-seeded Lynden Christian (10-1) at David Nielsen Memorial Field.

Third-seeded Mt. Baker (10-1) will head to Wenatchee’s Apple Bowl, which the No. 2 Bulldogs (10-1) are using as their host field because of the artificial surface.

Royal and Cashmere rolled in the quarterfinals, with the Knights beating No. 8 Seton Catholic 48-10 in a rematch of the 2024 1A final, and Cashmere hammered No. 10 Life Christian 59-16.

The 1A championship game is scheduled for 3 p.m. Friday, Dec. 5, with the 2A final at 3 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 6.
