MABTON – Jordyn Bobb scored a team-high 20 points, and Brook Alvarado and Bree Meninick each had nine to lead Wapato to a 75-46 season-opening victory against Mabton in nonleague girls basketball action Thursday night.

Alana Zavala had a game-high 30 points for the Vikings.

NACHES VALLEY 59, WARDEN 41: At Naches, Mia Staggs scored 29 points, Emmaria Mendoza had 15 points, 11 assists and nine steals to lead the Rangers to the victory.
