The top-ranked Davis girls basketball team defeated Sumner on Saturday in the Tacoma Dome to repeat as the Class 4A state champions.
The Pirates finished the season 24-2 and did not lose to an in-state opponent.
Davis star junior Cheyenne Hull was named the tournament MVP, and fellow 11th-grader Isa Garcia was a first-team all-tournament selection.
