YAKIMA – Defending Class 2A state champion Lynden captured the large-school championship Saturday night at the SunDome Volleyball Festival.

The Lions, led by volleyball and basketball state Player of the Year Finley Parcher, topped 2024 3A champ and 2025 fifth-place finisher 25-14, 25-21 in the final.

Wenatchee, Davis and Ellensburg won their pools, with the Panthers topping the Pirates in bracket play to advance to the semifinals, where they fell to Lynden.

Defending Lid-Columbia Conference champion Kamiakin, which were edged by Lynden in pool play, won the No. 2 seeds bracket, defeating league rival Walla Walla in the semifinals.

In the No. 3 seeds brackets, Eastmont defeated West Valley in the final.
