Friday night will be for deciding conference championships for a couple leagues in the area.
Moses Lake will try for its third straight conference championship when it hosts Eastmont at Lions Field. The matchup has decided the last three outright champions.
In the CWAC, the second leg of Battle of the Unbeatens is on tap when No. 8 Selah heads to Art Fiker Stadium to meet fifth-ranked, which shook off a slow start to beat East Valley in a game in which both teams entered 6-0.
There also are a couple key Mid-Columbia Conference contests – Walla Walla versus Class 3A No. 9 Southridge at Lampson Stadium, and Kennewick heading to Edgar Brown Stadium to meet Chiawana, ninth-ranked in 4A.
Jerrel Swenning maintained his four-game lead last over Jeff Morrow week with each prognosticator going 17-2 and splitting the two differences.
Neither calle Zillah's 38-0 handling of reigning 2B champion Tri-Cities Prep.
